Week 1


STRESS

A Physiological response in the body. Where does this start?

Have you ever heard about the Monkey Mind?

This is just a small part of it though.

There is so, so much more.



There are several body systems involved in the process.

Do you know what some of them are?






Let's first look at the mind or more specifically the Amygdala or better known as the primitive brain.

Responsible for what drives us and I believe very closely related to old programs and patterning. Belief Systems.



Calm

One of the many ways we can calm this Monkey Mind is with Reiki. Reiki is a very relaxing and gentle process.
